Our Culture
Our History

LEPU Motor was founded in Shunde, dedicated to micro-motor R&D and manufacturing — the start of a 25-year journey of specialization.

Entered the drive & control field and established the Korean R&D center, introducing world-leading technologies and building core technical barriers.

Completed the Shunde headquarters and expanded overseas; annual capacity exceeded 50 million units as fully automated smart factories came into operation.

Entered the robot module market; the Malaysia base started production, marking the beginning of the company's global expansion.

Deployed and expanded the global base layout, establishing overseas sales and R&D companies in Italy, the USA and India.

Completed shareholding reform in May 2026 and renamed Guangdong Lepu Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd.(LEPU E-DRIVE), opening a new chapter of global growth.

Flexible Business Models
OEM/ODM services cover motors, drive & control and robotics — from precise build-to-print manufacturing to one-stop design and mass production. Robot rental dispatch focuses on B-end factories: according to cleaning, handling and other needs, we deploy “robot employees” with flexible engagement models including rental, sale and rent-to-own, effectively reducing operating costs and improving efficiency.
Precisely manufacturing products in strict accordance with client-provided drawings, specifications, or samples, with end-to-end quality and process control throughout production. Final products bear the client's designated brand identity, enabling swift market entry for our clients.
Leveraging LEPU E-DRIVE's professional R&D and design team, we offer end-to-end solutions spanning product conceptualization, solution design, tooling development, and mass production. Serial production commences upon client approval of the final solution, significantly reducing R&D costs and time-to-market for our clients.
A specialized collaboration model for robotics projects. Backed by LEPU E-DRIVE's expert robotics integration and maintenance team, we provide full-process outsourced labor services—from site assessment and robot selection, through on-site deployment, to round-the-clock operation and maintenance. Clients pay service fees on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, eliminating the need for one-time equipment procurement or in-house engineering teams, and substantially reducing labor costs and management complexity.
