Home Appliance Motors

LEPU home appliance motors power refrigerators, range hoods, ovens, air conditioners and fans with IE3/IE4 efficiency, ultra-low noise and a 10+ year lifespan. In AC/DC/BLDC/EC types with copper or aluminum windings, they have stably served Midea, Gree, LG and Samsung for 20+ years.

Water Pump Motors

LEPU water pump motors cover industrial, household and submersible applications from 0.1kW to 15kW. IP54/IP65 protection and CE/UL/CCC certifications ensure reliable running in wet, dusty conditions, while OEM/ODM and deep brand customization help global partners launch quickly.

Industrial Servo Motors

L1G and H1G servo series span 0.1kW-105kW for one-stop selection, with IP65 protection, multiple encoder options, millisecond start-stop response of 5-pole-pair PMSM design and optional fail-safe braking. Certified by 3C, UL, TUV-VDE, CE and RoHS for demanding automation.

Robot Joint Module Motors

Motor, reducer, driver and encoder integrate into one compact joint module with high torque and power density plus FOC vector control. Precise, dynamic and safely compliant, LEPU joint motors empower industrial robot arms, collaborative robots and dexterous hands.

Cleaning Robot Motors

Built for 7×24hcleaning robots, these brushless DC motors exceed 10,000 hours of life, covering drive wheels, roller brushes, suction fans and side brushes. High torque with planetary gearbox, ≤55dB noise, 24/36/48V input, IP54 rating and modular quick-swap design.

Handling Robot Motors

Self-developed hub motors for AMR/AGV handling robots support 300-1,500kg payloads with ±1mm positioning and ±0.1° angle control, built for frequent start-stops and narrow aisles. Over 3× peak overload, regenerative braking extending runtime 15-25%, IP65 sealing, -20℃ to 60℃.

Coreless Motor

Ironless-cup rotors eliminate cogging and iron losses, delivering millisecond response, 30%+ higher power density, smooth motion under 30dB, high efficiency across wide speed ranges and 20,000+ hour reliability. Ideal power for dexterous robotic hands, minimally invasive surgical tools and portable smart devices.

Industrial Servo Drives

Co-developed with LEPU motors for true plug-and-play, industrial drives from 0.1kW to 15kW feature FOC three-loop control, ±1-pulse positioning, ±0.01mm repeatability and 1kHz+ response – ideal for battery lines, machine tools and automation. Modbus/CANopen support and full protections ensure stability.

Robot Servo Drives (Dedicated)

Robot joint drives 40%+ smaller mount directly inside joints, one drive controlling 2-4 axes. Current loop ≥2kHz, speed response ≤1ms, native EtherCAT/CANopen with ≤250μs sync and STO safety; auto-tuning cuts commissioning by 80%. Suits arms, cleaning, handling, inspection and service robots.

Robot Controllers (Dedicated)

An edge-AI vision controller for robots and smart sites: on-board inference delivers recognition, defect detection and anomaly alerts in milliseconds. Multi-source camera inputs, rich interfaces (USB, Type-C, Ethernet, M.2) and open API/MQTT/PLC integration enable flexible, scalable deployment.

Cleaning Robots

S20/S40/S140/W80 cleaning robots automate scrubbing, sweeping and dust-mopping across supermarkets, warehouses and factory floors. With laser navigation, automatic charging and water refill, they clean up to 4,000㎡/h around the clock – proven from solar plants to 50,000㎡ shopping malls.

Handling Robots (AMR/AGV)

F1500/F1525 fork robots and A300 series AMRs carry 300kg-1.5t through narrow aisles for line-side delivery, pallet stacking and warehouse transfer. Reflector-free laser SLAM achieves ±10mm accuracy around the clock, while MES/WMS/LIMS integration enables just-in-time, unmanned intralogistics that boosts material-flow efficiency.

Service Robots
