Off-the-shelf drives force compromises between precision, cost and integration effort, and every added vendor widens the debugging gap.
One In-House Chain: Motor, Drive, Controller, Encoder
Lepu develops every core component itself – servo motors, drives, controllers and encoders – so hardware and algorithms are co-designed. FOC three-loop control delivers <0.01° positioning, ±0.01mm repeatability and 1kHz+ response; robot-dedicated drives reach ≥2kHz current-loop frequency with ≤1ms speed response.
LEPU covers 0.1-105kW in L1G/ASM/H1G series: IP65 protection, 5-pair-pole PMSM millisecond start-stop, multi-encoder options, power-loss braking, certified 3C/UL/TUV-VDE/CE/RoHS.
Proven on Robots and Battery Lines
Robot-dedicated drives run position/speed/torque loops over EtherCAT/CANopen/RS485 with STO safety (ISO 13849-1); one drive controls 2-4 axes and cuts commissioning time by 80% – already powering the joints of Lepu’s own robot fleet, plus battery winding/stacking lines, CNC machines and packaging equipment.
